Centre Management Staff

  • Our view is that existing Centre Management Staff should be afforded the opportunity to join our organisation and be part of our service delivery focus. We would conduct personal interviews with each staff Member and report our findings to you in relation to their suitability and ongoing commitment.
  • In our experience, with the right level of support and direction existing Centre Management personnel can adapt and deliver in a change of Management situation.
  • Centre Management staff would be employed on behalf of the Client with their entitlements fully recoverable from the Centre.
